I'm new to the sport. Spearfishing has been an activity I've been eyeing for a while. Last week, I finally took the plunge. I bought a
JBL Magnum Custom from LeisurePro at the advice of the store staff. I think it was in JBL's own website that I read that the Explorer series is JBL's product line for beginners. However, I don't think the choice of my first speargun (between the Magnum and Explorer) will make a huge difference. The most important thing is to go use and get used to it, right!?
Btw, I'll be spearfishing in Palawan, Philippines.
